A round character is a character that change a lot during the story and may suprise the reader by completely changing who they are while flat characters are basically uncomplicated and barely change through the book/poem. A dynamic character is basically the same as a round character, they usually change perspective or how they feel about something by the end of the poem/book. A static character is also like a flat character, they don't undergo any significant change in the story. If I had to guess it would be C. dynamic character.
