Meter is regarded as a significant element of poetry and is defined as a unit or pattern of stressed and unstressed syllables that adds rhythm and melody to the poetry or verse. It functions to add a linguistic sound pattern to the literary work. Iambic tetrameter is a kind of meter comprising of four iambic feet. It displays four 'iambs' or metrical feet in each line. Each line consist of four feet/beats of one stressed and one unstressed syllable. An example that demonstrates this meter could be as follows:

"She walks in beauty like the night

of cloudless climes and starry skies;

And all that's best of dark and night

Meet in her aspect and her eyes; "

a complex sentence consists of an independent clause and one or more dependent clauses.  

to write complex sentences, we must use subordinating conjunctions.  

all the complex sentences begin with a subordinating conjunction and when it occurs, a comma must be place at the end of the dependent clause. on the contrary, if the sentence begins with an independent clause, then no comma is used.
