What do you worry about in social situations? does it cause you anxiety? why or why not?

what i worry about the most in social situations is how am i coming across, or what the others around me are thinking, it does cause me anxiety because i want to be the best i can be , and make friends, but in perspective it's sometimes hard to tell what others are saying.

As a person that over thinks all day, everyday, even in situations were its a yes or no question, I always think about what people percieve me as. What do they think of me? Am I a friend in their eyes? Am I on their level of intelligence? It stresses me out and I get anxiety. Its not because I am afraid of people judging me, I just tend to overthink alot. I always like hearing or knowing peoples opinions about anything. Its better to know then to not know.

I think I can see what you mean in this statement; I can agree, its very hard to tell what other people are thinking, especially if they come off as not liking you or they give you a bad vibe. I always get the wrong signals from people, so yea, I think I agree. What do I look like in the eyes of the people I look up to?
