Another beneficial thing about phones is that listening to music can benefit you. On the other hand, listening to loud, raucous music that's distracting can have the opposite effect by keeping your mind preoccupied with the music rather than the subject matter at hand.” Please don’t put what I put, instead put a simplified version, without the “Wonderopolis article states,” or whatever. I would suggest, “You can listen to music, which can help you study and calm down.” I hope this helps!
