What might make it difficult to follow the smart method? how might you overcome that obstacle?

The SMART Method means to set your goals whatever they are in life in a meaningful  way to make them more achievable. Once you have decided to use the SMART method then your goals can have more clarity as well as your ideas, and your focus can be much better. Also, you most try hard and use your time and resources in the best productive possible way.  

SMART can be used as a guide to set your goals and the acronym means:

S-specific, M-measurable, A-achievable, R-relevant and T-time bound.

Some experts think that to follow this method can be very difficult because with time, it can lose its effectiveness, and sometimes people could have the wrong interpretation of the method. Also, some people think that when it comes to long term goals, it can have a lack of flexibility, and creativity could be neglected. Sometimes, the obstacle may seen extremely difficult to get through.  

To overcome this, experts on the method recommend that you distance yourself from the drama and see the obstacles from a distance to better understand them. Also, you have to make sure that you have the necessary resources to conquer the obstacles and use them well. Finally, stay focused and committed to achieve the best possible results.
