Specialized workers are those that have an expertise in a specific area of work which is important in provision of service of education. The teachers are specialized in teaching whereas the administrators deal with paper-work for school administration purposes. Specialized workers contribute towards providing an educational environment.

Capital goods such as computers and games tools ensure there is proper assimilation of knowledge in students as they interact with equipment and tools for learning. Students will face learning challenges if deprived of electronic information such knowledge of computer usage and operation.

One can argue that the lack specialized workers at school and specialized capital can lower the productivity of learning institutions because these items contribute towards creating a learning environment that allows effective exchange of information and assimilation of knowledge.
