Soda drinks are unhealthy- this is proven by many studies (this would be the logs part) -therefore, it is not beneficial to drink it. (the studies are also a reference to authority- ethos!)
If people drink soda drinks, they will live shorter and abandon their family members (this is an appeal to pathos). Therefore, if there is a certain limitation on the soda drinks, people's health will improve. Further, the shops will be forced to provide better alternatives. Those alternatives will be healthier, so it's better for the general public health!
