The United States would study the elections in other countries to evaluate how it could help democracy in America. Some argue that voting is a civil duty that should not be considered just a right which one must decide voluntary if they want to participate or not. Studying compulsory voting is good because U.S. can see which models are more efficient and if they could improve some U.S. voting issues as long waiting in line to vote, or the counting systems of votes, also registration process to check eligibility to vote and what could be eased out with technology.
