The easiest way to know which one is right is to remove the other party from the sentence.

Commonly,  when the speaker is the object of the verb, "me" is used and when the speaker is the subject and the object of the verb "myself" is used. While "Me" is an objective pronoun, "Myself" is a reflexive pronoun.
