How do i get more used to studying? like how do i make myself want to study and used to it?

You must just put anything that is on your mind which isn’t work related away sit somewhere quiet and start studying!!

Personally I have no idea, I'm trying everything,  I'm taking notes and writing ENTIRE BOOKS on how to focus and improve my studies and note takin strategies but I cant for the life of me get myself to actually study the stuff I have to. I get bored, start thinking about anything else, and then I forget that I'm studying and working on something and next thing I know I'm watching a movie or something stupid haha. I posted something also if you'd like to stay with it. let me know if any knowledge of it comes your way!!
