Can someone me write an introduction to an article about the «ideal body»

Nowadays, it is impossible not to talk about body. Everywhere and everytime you can easily find out this topic across the street on an advertisement, in hospitals and even every morning on the mirror when you start the day going to take a shower.

During last years, with this explosion of the body as something absolutely on trend of discussion, it has come up the need of defining what the ideal body is like, who can define it, and what is the path to achieve one.

During this process, many paths have been explored and many solutions have been appearing on recent years.
