What are somethings people can do to improve their memory?

There are a couple different ways that you improve your memory

- Meditate before you start studying (calms your mind and helps relax muscles and relieves tension)

- Some studies show that eating berries help improve long-term memory.

- Exercise recalling events and facts (usually straight after you are told)

- Sleep more, gives you brain a rest.

- Don't multitask, it's quite complicated for your brain to put 100% into every task you do.

- Rhymes or songs
