John this is not a question : ) 150 words min is quite a lot for a answer. i can give you some ideas and you can develop them. a good speaker always adapts his speech to the situation. for ex with an ild crowd you speak usually slower and lowder in an expressive manner. with kids you usually accentuate the word stronger and smile all the time to cathch the attention and so on. with patents your speech can be usually casual, familiar, relaxed. with friends more opened and also casual. with teachers, other adults, usually lower in tone, more concentrated, and even vocabulary changes. now you have some ideas for your essay! cheers
