Hi, I am a beginner trying to build a desk that can move up and down electrically like using a button to control the motors which will have an up and down motion but I don't know what do I add to the motor to make it have an up and down motion and where to get the stuff. I prefer if I got the stuff from amazon of course except for the actual desk. and how should i connect the motor to the button to make it move up and down i would really appreciate your help as iv been wanting to build something for a long time btw i am 14

Air flows over a heated plate àt a velocity of 50m/s. the local skin factor coefficient at a point on a plate is 0.004. estimate the local heat transfer coefficient at this point. the following property data for air are given: density = 0.88kg/m3 , viscosity 2.286 x 10 ^-5 kgm/s , k = 0.035w/mk ,cp = 1.001kj/kgk. use colburn reynolds analogy.
