John works in a private company that prints banners. Under him, there are 6 interns that he supervises. On Fridays, the demands peak up enormously and this frustrate most of the interns as they need to work under pressure. John tries by all means to persuade them and instil some drive in them to meet the demands. Although, sometimes it becomes too much for him as well, he would still keep it calm and maintain his emotional stability because he believes, with his team by his side, he would meet all the demands at the end of the day. The interns find it more developmental working with John as he stays in the background, lets them to take full control of their works and gives them an opportunity to apply their creativities
