Two tensiometers were installed in a soil profile. One is placed at 30 cm and the other at 50 cm below the surface. The matric pressure heads are -500 cm for the top and -450 cm for the bottom tensiometer. Is there any water flow in the profile? If yes, in which direction does the water move?
