Imagine a small town council consisting of three council members, each member of this council votes on various issues by toggling a small switch at their seat to yes or no position. Assume the yes position produces a logical 1, and no position produces a logical 0. A circuit must be designed that produces a logic 1 output any time two or more of the council members vote yes. a. Using A, B, and C as the states of each switch, complete a truth table that shows all the possible switch setting and the desired output for each setting.
b. From the truth table in Part a, determine the Boolean expression for the "majority- detector" function.
c. Reduce the function (by using a Karnaugh map), and implement the function directly using gates.

An engine, weighing 3000 n, is supported on a pedestal mount. it has been observed that the engine induces vibration into the surrounding area through its pedestal at the maximum operating speed. determine the stiffness of the dynamic vibration absorber spring in (n/m) that will reduce the vibration when mounted on the pedestal. the magnitude of the exciting force is 250 n, and the amplitude of motion of the auxiliary mass is to be limited to 2 mm note: in this question type-in right numbers, no decimals, no fractions, no unit. approximate to right number if needed
