J & M manufacturing is facing a number of problems within its production lines and decided appoint you as a production manager of the company, you are required by management to manage the entire production process and operations of the company in order for the production process to run very smoothly. Along the line, you are faced with Bottleneck work centers that are constraints, limiting the number of outputs that your manufacturing system is supposed to produce. As a newly appointed production manager, Identify and explain in paragraphs, the Industrial Engineering techniques that you are going to use in solving this problem.
