Please help 50 points OBJECTIVES
Build a model tower that is structurally stable.
Design and implement an experiment to test the structural stability of a model tower.
In this assignment, you will have the chance to build a tower out of only drinking straws and mini marshmallows. Using the fundamental ideas of forces and torques that you learned in this lesson, you will try to build the tallest possible free-standing tower. Then, you will have the opportunity to design an experiment that tests the stability of your structure and suggest ways to improve the original design. If you have the chance to work with other people, you should form teams and compete against one another. If not, challenge yourself to make your tower as high as you possibly can.

In this assignment, you will do the following:

Use only straight drinking straws (not the flexible kind) and mini marshmallows (fresh, not stale) to build your tower. You can use as many straws and marshmallows as you would like, but nothing else. The tower has to be free-standing, meaning that it cannot be taped or otherwise fastened to the ground. Additionally, it has to be in stable equilibrium, meaning that it will not collapse or tip over.
Once you have built your tower, it is time to test its structural stability. If you are working with other teams, exchange your tower with another group. If not, perform your test on your own tower. Your test must simulate some phenomena that an actual tower would be subjected to, such as high winds or trembles on the earth’s surface. The scale of your test should be realistic for the scale of the tower. Additionally, you cannot subject the tower to conditions that test the properties of the building materials. For example, subjecting the tower to high temperatures is not a good test because the marshmallows will melt. This result doesn’t tell you anything about the actual tower design.
After you have tested the tower, think about a way to improve the design so that it can better withstand the experimental conditions. Write a 500-word essay summarizing the test that you performed and the results of your experiment, and suggest a way to modify the tower design to improve its structural stability.
To complete this assignment, submit the following:

Your original tower.
Your 500-word essay summarizing the experiment you performed on the tower and a suggested modification.

Amass of m 1.5 kg of steam is contained in a closed rigid container. initially the pressure and temperature of the steam are: p 1.5 mpa and t 240°c (superheated state), respectively. then the temperature drops to t2= 100°c as the result of heat transfer to the surroundings. determine: a) quality of the steam at the end of the process, b) heat transfer with the surroundings. for: p1.5 mpa and t 240°c: enthalpy of superheated vapour is 2900 kj/kg, specific volume of superheated vapour is 0. 1483 m/kg, while for t 100°c: enthalpy of saturated liquid water is 419kj/kg, specific volume of saturated liquid water is 0.001043m/kg, enthalpy of saturated vapour is 2676 kj/kg, specific volume of saturated vapour is 1.672 m/kg and pressure is 0.1 mpa.
