1Pancha Hoyos llego al siguiente acuerdo de palabra con el Señor Octavio Hernández Dávila.
Pancha Trabajaría de lunes a viernes en jornada continua de 9 horas diarias como operaria.
El salario sería de $ 1.000 hora y se pagaría en periodos de quincenas vencidas.
El horario seria de lunes a viernes de 7 a. m. a 12 p. m. y de 12:30 p. m. a 4:30 p. m.
El periodo de prueba seria de un mes contado a partir de la iniciación del contrato; también
acordaron que una vez transcurriera ese mes las partes, de común acuerdo, podrán prorrogarlo
por dos (2) meses más.
Existe o no contrato de trabajo? Si No y porque
Son válidas las cláusulas pactadas? Si No y porque
Cuánto dinero recibe por trabajar un día de la jornada?
Puede el empleador obligar a Pancha a trabajar el día Sábado? Si No y porque
