Caso 1: La Constructora Sanet.

Caribbean. Saturday afternoon as scheduled will
finished placing the reinforcement on the foundation and
intends to cast the concrete first thing on Monday, but the
supervisor of the Ministry of Health did not appear on
Saturday and has not signed the Construction Log.

According to current legislation

What should Constructora Sanet do, wait and delay the
strained and do not comply with the schedule?

Case 2:

In the work the responsibilities are not well defined
because the Construction Company has designated an Engineer as
Project Manager who claims to be the Resident Engineer and
does not accept the indications of the Supervisor who sends the
Secretary of Health nor those of the Architect responsible for
design.

What is established in the legislation on the difference and
functions of the Work Resident, the Director
Responsible or Site Manager of the Contractor, the
Supervisor representing the Client and the Responsible
of the Designer's Author Control?
