This is a follow-up to the previous question Water needs to be transported through a pipe (50 cm diameter) from a lower reservoir to an upper reservoir with an elevation change of 100 m. The friction head loss in the pipe is known to be given by 9.45V2/g m. The volume flow rate in the pipe is 1 m3/s Determine the rating of the pump required to achieve this.
