Design an op amp circuit to average the input of six sensors used to measure temperature in restaurant griddles for a large fast-food chain that wants to be sure that the cooking temperature is adequate to kill all of the pathenogenic E. coli H7:01578 bacteria. See hints.

Hints:

• When the problem says "design," that means that you should select specific values for the various components (i. e., resistors, capacitors, etc.) and show the location of those components in a schematic diagram.

• The high input impedance and low output impedance of transistors and op amps allow us to build circuits by combining various elements, using the output of one as the input of another. For example, you can use an inverting op amp with a gain of 1 after an inverting op amp to reverse the sign of the voltage.

• Op amp circuits typically use resistors rated in kΩ, and current is in the mA range. Standard resistor values are 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.5, 1.6, 1.8, 2.0, 2.2, 2.4, 2.7, 3.0, 3.3, 3.6, 3.9, 4.3, 4.7, 5.1, 5.6, 6.2, 6.8, 7.5, 8.2, 9.1, and 10 kΩ. Other values can be obtained by combining resistors.

Apiston-cylinder with a volume of 0.25 m3 holds 1 kg of air (r 0.287 k/kgk) at a temperature of 100 c. heat transfer to the cylinder causes an isothermal expansion of the piston until the volume triples. how much heat is added to the piston-cylinder?

Two flowing streams of argon gas are adiabatically mixed to form a single flow/stream. one stream is 1.5 kg/s at 400 kpa and 200 c while the second stream is 2kg/s at 500 kpa and 100 ? . it is stated that the exit state of the mixed single flow of argon gas is 150 c and 300 kpa. assuming there is no work output or input during the mixing process, does this process violate either the first or the second law or both? explain and state all your assumptions.
