Write a program that outputs the number of students from a class of 100 students who scored at or a above user-specified target score on their quiz. for this, first populate a vector with 100 random integers representing quiz scores of 100 students where each quiz score is in range of 0 - 20. next read in an integer from the user representing the target score. verify the target score is in the range 0 - 20. if not allow the user to enter a score until they enter a valid score. provide appropriate messages to the user. then count the number of students who scored at or above the target score and output and appropriate message indicating the count.
