Consider an isolated system consisting of three compartments a, b, and c. each compartment has the same volume v, and they are separated by partitions (the volume of which can be ignored). initially, the valves are closed and volume a is filled with an ideal gas a, while volume b is filled with a different ideal gas b. both volume a and volume b are filled to pressure p0 at 298 k. volume c is under vacuum.

a. calculate the change in entropy when the valve between compartment b and c is opened.
