The great thing about cloud based systems are that they can be accessed anywhere you go as long as you have internet connection. Another thing about them is that they are more or less safe from being wiped out. If we would take for example, a computer system in the office. If your computer totally shuts down and you weren't able to back up any of your files, then your files are gone for good.
