Create a function called find_min that returns a value from grid corresponding to the minimum value of y values. Your function should accept two arguments, x_vec and y_vec. If there are multiple values in x_vec that correspond to the minimum value of y_values, your function should return the lowest of those values from x_vec. Note: Your function should use for and if statements, len and range but no other functions from Python or Numpy.
