Everyone keeps complaining about ads, but this is my 2nd account, and both times, without fail, after I completed the introductory tasks (image attached) all of the ads just disappear. No cost at all and my account specs still say basic.
Also, you can just use incognito mode every time you open a question and it won't block you because the cookies get cleared when the tab closes.
