Make a function in python that generates a random integer in the range of (0,4). If the number is 0 it makes a list and find its sum, max and min, if the number is 1 it prints the table of 100 in the reverse order, if the number is 2 it prints TWO as separate string letters else it just prints Goodbye 4 times using a while loop.
