You must implement a helper function to complete this step. Within this helper function you may not use any built-in functions (except length and isnan) and must use if statements and loops. Outside of the helper function you may use built-in functions but may not use if statements or loops anywhere else in the project. The helper function should take the array of radii and then all 4 radius threshold values as parameters (send in order of size). Remember, except for within the helper function you may not use any if statements or loops, use only array operations. For the items that get returned, create an array based on the comments in the starter code and fill in the quantity of each of the conditions to each index of the array.
