1. Using user input, collect four strings (either "true" or "false") from user
2. Keep prompting user for input if the string doesn’t equal "true" or "false"
3. Convert strings into boolean values
4. Store boolean values in an array
5. Print out the word YES if all array values are true; print NO if at least one array value is false
