PLEASE I REALLY NEED HELP I have an hp laptop and it is FROZEN!! I cannot press x out of any of my tabs and the whole thing is frozen but I can pull up my settings and I can move my mouse. Shutting it off/down didn't work and it's still frozen please tell me what to do. also, will restarting it log me out of my whole account(s)? I NEED HELP PLEASEE
