I need help my Windows 10 Surface is glitching?? all of my little tabs on the screen are gone

and when i’m in like touch screen mode without the keyboard it won’t work

and the little bubble things pop up and control my computer.(the thing in the picture)

1.my screen is kind of cracked so did it ruin the touchscreen part???

2.again it took all of my tabs away so i’m mad

Please help or give me tips i am so confused if it is glitching or i got hacked or it’s just a computer crack

Windows 10 Glitching:

1. Try restarting your computer.

2. After letting your computer set up again (approx. 10 minutes) see if there is any updates on your computer.

3. See if any of your apps are out-of-date or need updating.

Touch Screen Question:

Yes, a cracked screen affects the touchscreen part.

Try removing the computer battery for a a minute or two and then put it back in your computer.
