Secondly, for you website to not be working is upsetting as well. you guys need to get that together asap. I start a free trial membership and did not get accurate answers I was looking for so I cancelled my membership. I went through the whole process and it said I can use up the rest of the free trial, but I checked my bank statement today and you guys charged me for a membership. I came back and my account was still up. The fact that I cancelled the trial and you all did not close out my account is very upsetting. It's not like I can even use the account when all the answers on you website were inaccurate and does not serve the purpose it portrays. Highly upset! Fix your system!!
