How is a report used? what is report layout view?

Report is the collection and management of data and object certain form .It helps in  viewing and formatting of information of the report. It is used for the printing,summarized display,providing information about each records, distribution of brief information etc.

Report Layout view is the view that helps in controlling the size of the report, drawing report, editing and other such features to manage the visual appearance. As it is visually oriented , it helps in improving the usability and presentation of report .
