What does less-than-friendly error messages mean?

Less than friendly error message defined as, when the error message are too difficult to understand for the user and these type of the message error does not helped the user to understand the actual problem and the solution in the data. This errors are the opposite of the user friendly errors. This type of errors are useless for the customer or users because it does not sound like technical.
