You need to convert number1 and number2 into integer because input() function returns a string, not an integer. And the + operation with 2 strings variables will concatenate them. The correct answer is :

number1 = int(input('Enter number 1 : '))

number2 = int(input('Enter number 2 :'))

number3 = number1 + number2

print(number3)
