T₁ = 0 ⁰C = 273K          - initial temperature
V₂ = 211 mL                   - final volume
T₂ =?                              - final temperature

According to Charles's law when pressure is constant the Kelvin temperature and the volume will be directly related:

V₁/T₁=V₂/T₂

178/273=211/T₂

0.65=211/T₂

T₂=324K= 51⁰C
