dissolve 1.325g of sodium carbonate in distilled water and prepare the standard solution in 250ml of measuring flask by adding the required amount of water. Take 10cm3 of sodium carbonate solution with help of a pippete and transfer it into a clean washed titrstion flask. Add teo drops of methyl orange into the titration flask. Titrate with HCl solution to the titration flask till the colour changes. Note the final reading and find out the volume of sodium carbonate solution used to neutralise HVl solution. If the volume of HCl used is 2.3cm3, calculate the number of moles of HCl in the original solution and derive from this the number of moles of of sodium carbonate in the target solution ,keeping in mind that one mole of HCl reacts with 1 mole of sodium carbonate. Ddetermine the concentration of the sodium carbonate solution using volumetric analysis
