Explain the role of rhinos in the food chain?

The role of rhinos in the food chain is... White rhinos are grass-grazing animals, while black rhinos are low browsers. They fill similar roles in their ecosystems to other grazers and browsers. Their size means they eat a LOT, and also means that generally only their offspring are preyed on. So, recycling and trampling high-carbon foliage into fertilizer is their main function.
