Consider an everyday activity in which energy changes from one form to another. Describe the form that energy takes before and after the change.

Say you eat a nice big breakfast then you go outside all day long. You need energy to play all day or even for a little bit. The food that you ate converts into energy for you to use. Then when all that food gets used for energy you get hungry and need to eat again so the process repeats.
