The decomposition of hydrogen peroxide is first order in H2O2. 2H2O2 (aq)--> 2H2O2(l) + O2(g)
The rate constant for this reaction at 20 degrees centigrade is 1.8x10-5 s-1.
If the concentration of H2O2 is 0.75M determine :
(a) the concentration of H2O2 remaining after 3h and
(b) how long it will take for the H2O2 concentration to drop to 0.10M
