B = Dispersion forces.

The force of attraction in B is known as the Dispersion forces. It is the kind of forces of attraction that happens when hydrogen bonds do not happen. Literarily, when Hydrogen  atoms reacts with more electronegative atoms such as oxygen, Fluorine and Nitrogen, the kind of bond that will be formed will be an hydrogen bond.
