Explain how to create a Bohr model for the element carbon

The Bohr model shows that the electrons in atoms are in orbits of differing energy around the nucleus. Bohr used the term energy levels (or shells) to describe these orbits of differing energy.

For carbon, the atomic number is 6, and the atomic mass number is 12 (6 protons plus 6 neutrons). Adding the two neutrons changes our atom. However, because the number of protons is the same, it is still carbon but now it is an isotope of carbon.
