Part of the label of a compound in the lab has been erased and your mission is to identify that compound. The only part of the label that can be read is SO4, so you know your compound must be a sulfate with the general formula XSO4, where X2+ is the ion you are trying to identify. You know that the only sulfates you have in the lab are MgSO4, FeSO4 and CuSO4. In order to identify this compound, you perform gravimetric analysis by using 406.53 grams of your unknown compound in the following reaction: Na2CO3(aq) + XSO4(aq) = Na2SO4(aq) + XCO3(s)

You had added enough precipitating agent Na2CO3 to make sure that all of the X2+ precipitates. By the end of the reaction and after performing vacuum filtration, you obtain 264.80 grams of the precipitate XCO3. Knowing that the percent yield of the reaction is 89.74%, determine the identity of the unknown compound. Show all your work.
Molar masses:
MgSO4: 126.37 g/mol
FeSO4: 151.90 g/mol
CuSO4: 159.61 g/mol
