When is a scientific theory formed?

when a hypothesis is given a repeated exposure to experimentation and is not falsified it increases the confidence of biologist's on that hypothesis such hypothesis form the basis of formulating further hypothesis which are then experimentally proved.The hypothesis that stand the test of time often tested and never rejected are called theory.A theory can be denied by further observations.
