Formulate the equations of the stoichiometric coefficients for stoichiometriccombustion (in air) of a generic fuel CxHyOz, where x, y, and z may be any non-negative integer for pure fuels, or non-negative real numbers for fuel blends. Also, formulate the equations for the mixture molecular mass, mole factions, andmass fractions of the combustion products H2O, CO2, and N2 and the fuel-to-airratio. Using the formulations, compute the stoichiometric coefficients, mixturemolecular mass, mole factions, and mass fractions for methane (CH4) and bio-diesel (C19H36O2) fuels. Repeat problem for ethanol (C2H6O), and gasoline (C8H15.6).
