This is due tomorrow and my teacher didn't explain this topic very well so i'm totally lost!

an electron jumps from 3rd to 4th energy level in a bohr model.

is the electron gaining or emitting energy?
what is the energy of the electron at the 3rd energy level? 4th?
how much energy is emitted or gained? show work. do not forget units and sig figs.
what is the frequency of the wave? show work.
what is the wavelength of the wave? show work.
what type of em radiation does this wave represent? us the em spectrum from your book to answer this question.
