Astudent wants to measure the entropy of ice. what should the student do?
use a thermometer, calorimeter, ice, and distilled water- be sure to repeat.
look up values in a table of thermodynamic data and use hess' law.
the student can't measure entropy directly, only an entropy change.
use a balance, styrofoam cup, thermometer, and ice- repeat three times.
