Iam doing a plan and design . how will you describe treatment of data if the experiment is based on chromatography?

Chromatography is really  based on the principle where molecules in mixture are  applied onto the surface or into the solid, also the  fluid stationary phase. it is separating from each other while moving with the aid of a mobile phase.  thats how i describe it but ion know how you do i tired.
